What We Did
Digital Business Academy is a free online digital learning platform, created by Tech City UK. We were brought in to help to track the conversion funnel on the DBA site. Users could sign up for free digital learning courses, however a knowledge gap existed in terms of how users engaged with the platform, and how many completed each module.
What We Achieved
We started by understanding how users were meant to flow through the site, and then got to work tagging each stage so that DBA could see how their users were engaging with their learning modules.
From this point, we had the data that we needed to start optimising the conversion rate at multiple touch points. From increasing the sign up conversion rate, to working on variations of the learning process – we helped DBA make its website more engaging so that more users completed their digital learning courses.
