Thomas Cook Community Management

Thomas Cook approached us whilst undergoing some changes in their in-house/agency relations. Our social data and competitor analysis allowed us to profile their audience and draw up an engaging, long-term content strategy for their Facebook page. We also provided community management for a set period whilst a new team was established in-house. This period provided Thomas Cook with their highest engagement rate since their Facebook page was launched, and the learnings from this and our content strategy are still in use today.
